Wazifa for any problem be it Wazifa for emeny or Wazifa for black magic or any other is totally allowed in  Islam and is in no way antiislam. The Wazifa for any issue is read by reading the verses of the holy Quran so it’s fully sanctioned in Quran and Islam.

No this Wazifa will not have negative effect as no withcraft or black magic is used to read the Wazifa. This is only read to seek the almighty Allah’s(SWT) assistance to come out of the misfortunes caused by the enemy upon oneself.
